Some collectors will call the point a Pinetree (I would)--some might call the piece a Palmer. As it isn't serrated and the basal edge has only medium-level grinding, I think you could also use a generic "Kirk related dart", your classification be as accurate as a more specific name. The 1&1/2" by 7/8", barely 3/16" thick point is well made of what looks like Sonora Flint, slightly dished-in on one face (see the last photo). The piece was found in Posey County, Indiana, it's been in a family collection long stored away--good color, form, and even better patina. Read that as guaranteed real, period.
