This large Aztec-type Blade has a muciform tip and exhibits outstanding flaking. It comes with a Roy Motley COA. Although Mr. Motley cites the origin of this blade as "Mexico," it was in fact found in association with a Mound in Titus Co., Texas in the 1930s and was purchased from the granddaughter of the finder. It's possible this piece was traded with the Aztec culture in Mexico and eventually made it's way into present-day east Texas.
