Up for sale is a specimen of an Early Archaic era Big Sandy side notch type point. The artifact displays relatively well, but does have a basal ear ding on one side. It measures 1 3/4" long x 1 1/8" wide. The artifact was recovered from around Cumberland city in Stewart county, Tennessee. There are noticeable deposits of mineralization and patina throughout, so rest assured of its authenticity.
