Up for sale is an absolutely beautiful specimen of a Copena lance. This artifact is made from a beautiful Carter Cave flint. The blades have the classic recurvature form associated with the type. The lance is finely worked and displays extremely well...it is very symmetrical and thin. This was recovered from Kentucky and measures 3 1/2" long x 1 1/16" wide and is from the ex Dwight Wolfe collection. This artifact has a noticeable patina throughout and mineralization deposits.
