Beautiful point, perfect shape, priced well below market value!
From the Late Archaic to Developmental Phase it is 1,300 to 3,500 years old. The material is brown and tan banded chert. They are found mostly in the Far West/Great Basin area.
The corner notches are clear and prominent on this one. There is even a slight indentation on the back that the artist may have used to firmly set his shaft into, very unique. This is a piece of art that will add value to any collection!
