Wow, this is a spectacular piece! It shows signs of heavy wear, rubbing and a small ‘divot’ on the back. Hard to tell what this pendant may have meant to the native American who owned it, could have been passed on for several generations. Very smooth, from the Midwest U.S. and made of Black Slate material. It feels good in the hand, interesting, good vibe from it. The size is 2.75”L by 1.5”W. Another rare piece from my Grandfathers collection.
These pendants go for $2,000- $4,000 online and on Overstreet but this one needs to go to a collector that appreciates the heart memories in this piece.
