Material is Mica Flecked Ironstone. There are only 3 or 4 known Spatulates ever found in the great state of Mississippi and you are looking at one of them. This Relic was found by Kenneth Burks along the Yazoo River in Yazoo County around 1980. Pictured in Prehistoric Artifacts, this fine Artifact is from the collection of Dr. J. Neal Brown.
