A Spencer or Perry County, s.w. Indiana farm find, measures between 1&7.8" and 1&15/16" by 1&1/8". Repeated sharpenings life the left edge of each face with an excellent bevel. The basal grinding is extra heavy. The tip shows a small fragment nicked, as does one of the two barbs--old damage from use in Early archaic meal prep--these Dovetails were hafted knives, after all, not projectiles. From the soil remaining n the knapping scars it'd seem the family never washed the piece, it's long been in storage. Shipping is $8.00, USPS minimum for a small box. I welcome checks, cash, or money orders, but do not use paypal-type payment services--Roy A.
