This was a personal find by me on a Rangia Clam Shell Midden in Galveston County, Texas. This site now has a Trinomial as a registered Prehistoric Archaeological Site.
This arrowhead is about 1 1/4 in. long and 5/8 in. wide. The workmanship is keen with only a barb tip missing. It is kept in a protective coin folder for safety on display.
Appears to made from an very light Edwards Chert which had to be traded in from over 100 miles away.
