East Texas Caddo Pottery Cup
This vessel was purchased from Mr. Maas of Seabrook, Texas.
Mr. Maas would purchase broken and "Bag" pots from some of the archaeology digs through out East Texas. He would then sell them from his Nursery store to interested people.
The exact site location being lost to time, however I remember him telling me this one was from somewhere along the Neches River near Jasper, Texas.
The glue holding this vessel together should be dissolvable to allow for a more professional reassembling.
