Awesome spade that was found in White Co, Illinois. Well made from classic mill creek chert, the lithic of choice for working the ground. This piece has a gorgeous mirror polish from hrs of use. Polish also present near the hafting area. Measures 5 5/16 inches long by 3 1/8 inches wide. Good sized piece.
