Pointy and Translucent Perdiz
This Perdiz was a personal find by me the the 1980's. I found it on a Rangia Cuneata Shell midden in Galveston County, Texas. The site trinomial is 41GV53 and it is in League City, Texas.
This is a very old shell midden, being over twice as old as many other middens that dot the Galveston Bay shorelines.
It is kept in a coin folder for protection.
