A very large fluted Clovis found in Butler County Kentucky. This extraordinary Clovis is made from a high grade Muldraugh chert that is mottled with a rich brown and light tan color throughout. This beautiful chert comes from the Fort Payne formation. It measures an impressive 4 &7/8” in length X 1 & 3/8”in width. It has been in many well respected collections including Charles West. It’s not often that you will find an authentic unaltered Clovis of this size on the market.
