I pay the shipping, nothing extra required on this authentic, Fossil Chert Clovis with a huge flute on one face--History: found many years back in the Kokomo, Indiana, area. Length is 2&3/16"--slightly shorter than it had been as the tip suffered a small impact fracture and was then used as a scraping/ flashing tool--work polish is evident. Width is 1&1/8",5/16" max thickness. One auricle was anciently modified (shortened) during the useful life of the Clovis. Basal and lateral edge grinding is excellent, heavy grinding. The twin notches on one lower lateral edge are deliberate, they're for sinew wrapping--not damage, intentional. The piece has spent a good fifteen years in my personal collection, it's REAL. I welcome checks, cash, or M.O.s, however I do not use paypal--Roy A.
