A very unusual example of an Early Archaic Lost Lake found in Lewis County Kentucky. In good solid condition with no modern damage. Base was anciently snapped and the piece was salvaged into a chisel tipped tool. Really interesting form with a still sharp working edge. Possibly found and reworked by another culture but there is no patina difference. Made of colorful and high quality Flint Ridge with ancient patina and mineralization. Measures 2 9/16" x 1.75".
