Excellent early stage example of a pendant preform from Pike County, Illinois. This preform has pecking and grinding throughout it's surfaces with a starter hole. The material is a reddish brown sandstone with a couple tan bands. Measures 4 1/8 inches long by 2 3/16 inches wide. Really a great relic for the money!
