Normally, I'd describe the artifact first, but a recent string of potential buyers NOT reading through the item description has some thinking I surely take paypal--I DO NOT--and the last sentence of each of my listings states that checks, cash, or money orders are welcomed--at the risk of being an old curmudgeon, please understand I do not use electronic payments of any sort. Okay, that rant off my chest, this Pinetree was part of the Fayette County, Illinois, Bill Pesch collection--a very well made Pinetree that looks to be made of Ohio Flint Ridge Flint. Many of Bill's points came from a dealer he trusted in the Hamilton, Ohio, area (Cincy), so I'm working on the assumption this "Ridge" piece was as well. Length is 2&1/8" by 1&5/16", 1/4" max thickness Damage is limited;: a very tiny tip 'use-made' chip, and the same at the end of one barb. The basal edge shows excellent grinding, and the catalog number Mr. Pesch stenciled and clear-coated. I pay the shipping cost, so you have the total price. Questions, please ask them--Roy A.
