This Mid-Western US Mississippian period knife is up to 700 years old. The COA states it is museum quality! It’s about 4 1/2 inches long, bi-faced and oval shaped. There are four sharp edges and it feels very balanced in your hand. The end points are in perfect shape. The material is Red Fossiliferous Chert. It shows quality workmanship and is even more beautiful than the pictures can convey. The colors are spectacular. It’s a special piece that the maker took great pride in making.
