First time viewing of some of Jerry Chubbuck’s “best-of-the-best” Projectiles. Many of these items are “MUSEUM QUALITY” and the bidding at the auction “went-well-beyond-highs”. The winning bid was 10-20 times all other past bids due to the magnitude of Folsom, Paleo, superior quality of the projectiles.

Collection Coding: These items came out of Jerry Chubbuck’s glass and wood framed collection No. 2309.763-719, dated April 12, 2000.

Item Description: VERY SERIOUS NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN ARTIFACTS FOR WORLD FAMOUS COLLECTOR, JERRY CHUBBUCK.

There were a total of 24-items including points, knifes, projectiles, scrappers in framed collection. This collection appears to be one of Jerry’s earlier frames since it is a low collection number, distressed custom wood frame and has a slight burn mark on one side of the wood frame. Most of the artifacts appears to be quite old, some a few hundred years old and others that appear to be of the Paleo Indian Period. Simply stated, I’m an Investor, not a collector; therefore, I have no emotional ties to any of the items. I leave it up to the Experts to determine the market price, period, quality, grade and creator of the point, knife, scraper, projectile and/or artifact.
Most of the artifacts have some water based glue on the reverse side; however, I have chosen to only lightly pull at easily removable debris and leave it up to the buyer to determine the best way to remove the Northern Plains Agate Point in nice condition. The Agate is a nice see through stone that is very thin with fine craftsmanship. There were a total of 24-items including points, knifes, projectiles, scrappers in framed collection No. 266. Light discoloration frame adhesive substance.
