Columbia River Ancient Resources, is owned by Fred Van Ronk of Kalama, WA. just 40 miles north of Portland, Oregon. I am a professional Anthropologist and Archaeologist mostly retired. Our family began finding art and artifacts in 1930's and I began in 1948 and collected until 1971. We stopped for professional reasons. We have over 390 frames of authentic art and artifacts to sell. We are selling because of our age, poor health, and a need to downsize the collection and our home. Most of our collection is personal finds of mine or our family members. All were cataloged using professional site numbers used by the Smithsonian Museum in Washington DC. This is a prestige collection, with more than 15,000 artifacts. We have a large collection of Great Basin from the Western USA, Most were found in Southeastern Oregon, but also into Northwest Nevada, and Northern California.
