The Nolan is a much underappreciated type found primarily in Texas. I am not sure I buy the thesis that the right hand bevel was for quick field changes, but it is certainly unique from other point types, even the Zorra, which closely resembles it. This one is from Travis County and has the classic bevels with all edges showing heavy use wear. It comes with a German COA and I have the shipping.
