In the Hopewell--Intrusive Mound culture, out of Edwards or area Illinois county. The point is than--as these Late Hopewell points almost always are, no basal edge grinding--also typical for the point type--but THIN, thickest single spot is under 5/16": length is 2&1/8" by 1&3/16"--tip is slightly extruded (for some reason these knappers liked to make the tips of their points long & narrow).
