Offered For Sale is a nice authentic colorful Florida Bascom Knife, 3.5” long and 2.0” wide, a personal find of George Ganzen, whose lifelong collection was gathered from legal private lands primarily within the Orange County Florida vicinity. I purchased this great knife from Sam Cox (Lexington, Kentucky), Editor of the Official Overstreet Indian Arrowheads Identification and Price Guide. Bascom knives were used from the Middle Archaic to the Late Archaic Archaeological Period making this blade between 4,500 to 3,500 years old.
