Out of a Daviess County, Kentucky, collection that was heavy on creek finds. The first is a fossil chert (Harrodsburg chert) 2&5/16" square stem Adena, and a slightly smaller 2&1/16" (Jasper material, or even a Boyles Chert). The larger Adena type has some stem edge grinding--the other doesn't. Patina is no brainer authentic, just a decent looking pair of Adenas, REAL.
