TRANSLUCENT FLINT RIDGE ADENA OHIO
Up for sale is a specimen of an Early to Middle Woodland era Adena type point. This artifact is from a beautiful translucent Flint Ridge material. This has numerous quartz inclusions throughout. This displays relatively well other than a missing barb. The artifact measures 2 3/8" long x 1 7/16" wide. The artifact is out of a collection that was recovered from Lorain, Perry, and Muskingum counties in Ohio. There are noticeable deposits of mineralization and patina throughout , so rest assured of its authenticity.
