This nice size Point was found at the Pecan Springs Archaeological site in Kerr County, Texas by Randall Brown - who just happens to own the site. Talk about provenance! The blade is somewhat asymmetric, with one edge slightly convex and the other primarily straight. Percussion flaking is random, with fine pressure edgework that is visible on the convex edge. Shoulders are largely nonexistent above the hafting area, and the the stem is rectangular, with a convex basal edge.
The COA will be mailed in an 8-1/2 x 11 envelope separate from the Point.
Measures 3-5/8” x 1-1/8”
S&H will be $10.00 for USPS First Class Mail
