An absolutely great piece if our Harrison County-type hornstone, 4.75" length, slightly over 1.25" width, and thinness of .3" (5/16"). The piece came from a Perry County, Indiana, collection, presumably found in that southern Indiana county. An inventory number from a previous collector is inked on one side edge. The blade is 100% guaranteed authentic in every detail. Whether you categorize these long blades as Turkey Tail Culture or Adena, one super artifact for any collection. Note the tiny indentions to either side of the upper blade, they're not symmetrical, but staggered, so whether they were for haffting or some other purpose is anyone's guess. Free shipping, and payment to be by either a check or a money order--Roy A.
